Cynthia Kiyotake

Cynthia Kiyotake currently serves as the Chief Libraries and Inclusion Officer at Jefferson County Public Library, a role held since May 2025. Prior to this position, Cynthia was the Associate Director at Arapahoe Libraries from June 2012 to April 2025, overseeing library operations across various departments and managing specialized teams. Cynthia also held the position of Library Manager at Arapahoe Libraries, supporting multiple branches and early literacy initiatives. Additionally, Cynthia was a board member of the Arapahoe County Early Childhood Council during two separate tenures from 2012 to 2014 and from November 2020 to April 2025. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Web Coordinator at Arapahoe Library District and as Library Director at the Medical Group Management Association. Cynthia holds a Master of Arts in Library Science from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Adams State University.
