Dan Thurston is an experienced professional with a strong background in law enforcement and baseball coaching. Currently serving as the Head Baseball Coach at Southwestern High School and as a Recruiting Advisor for SportsForce, Dan also holds the position of School Resource Officer for Southwestern School Corporation and Special Deputy for Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. Previous roles include Assistant Baseball Coach at Hanover College and Chief of Police for the City of Madison, where Dan led a 29-member department. Dan's entrepreneurial spirit is evident through the presidency of Long Toss Indiana, LLC, which specialized in baseball instruction and camps. Dan's educational foundation includes a degree in Criminal Justice from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy and experience at Hanover College.
