Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ashley currently works at Jefferson Frank as the AWS Alliances Lead UK&I, where they focus on building relationships with AWS and its partners. Ashley is also responsible for leading Jefferson Frank's offering on AWS Marketplace. Prior to that, Ashley worked at Frank Recruitment Group as an Employee Engagement Executive, where they communicated with employees and senior leaders, managed global engagement initiatives, and improved the employee experience. Ashley also worked at Revolent Group as a Manager for Business Development EMEA, where they recruited and developed IT talent for niche technology markets. Additionally, Ashley has held positions at Frank Recruitment Group, Mason Frank International, Virgin Active, and Coutts, where they gained experience in client management, sales, and operations management.

Ashley Smith attended South East Essex College from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an NVQ in Catering and Hospitality. In terms of additional certifications, Ashley has obtained various credentials, including AWS Partner certifications in Generative AI Essentials, Sales Accreditation, and Cloud Economics Accreditation from Amazon Web Services (AWS). They have also received a Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
