Crystal Gonzalez has extensive experience in sales and recruitment, currently serving as the AVP of Sales at Jefferson Frank since August 2019, having previously held roles as Principal Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant within the same company. Prior to Jefferson Frank, Crystal worked as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from January 2019 to August 2019. Earlier career roles included serving as a Brand Ambassador at Perfect 10 Promotions from December 2015 to August 2019 and as a Student Marketer for Red Bull from May 2018 to April 2019. Crystal obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2019.
