Caleb Cummins PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS is a highly experienced physical therapist currently serving as the Owner of Elite Kitsap Performance Physical Therapy since March 2023 and as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Jefferson Healthcare since June 2018. With a focus on outpatient orthopedics and pain management, Caleb has held various roles as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at institutions such as Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Club Staffing.
