William Hudson serves as the Director for the Magnet Program at Einstein Now, part of Jefferson Health, since September 2015. In this role, William is responsible for the daily operations of the ANCC Magnet Journey and successfully led the Inaugural Magnet Designation for Albert Einstein Medical Center in August 2019. William holds numerous leadership positions, including Chair of the Ethics Committee and coordinator for various nursing programs, while also participating in multiple committees focused on employee engagement, nurse residency, and Magnet-related initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at Chesapeake Health Education Program, Union Hospital of Cecil County, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, and Advocate Health Care. William possesses a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Denver and holds multiple nursing degrees from Jefferson Health and Camden County College.
