Yvonne Bouligny

Yvonne Bouligny is an experienced Credentialed Epic Trainer at Jefferson Healthcare, specializing in training healthcare professionals on Epic systems since October 2021. Previously, Yvonne held multiple User Experience Designer roles at General Assembly San Francisco, engaging in various design sprints focused on wearable medical devices, e-commerce websites, and dashboard redesigns. Yvonne has also served as an Epic Beacon System Management Expert at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and provided Epic support at the Medical University of South Carolina. Other notable roles include Credentialed Epic Trainer at Mass General Hospital and Care New England, and Epic Site Lead at John Muir Health, where Yvonne conducted technical training and supported Go-Live initiatives.
