Ryan Schilling

Ryan Schilling has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Group Sales at The Jefferson Hotel since January 2016, following positions as a Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager at the same establishment. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Senior Sales Manager at Quirk Hotel and served as National Sales Manager at The Boar's Head Inn. Ryan's career began at The Jefferson Hotel where roles included Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, starting in 2003 as an intern. Ryan is pursuing further education at the University of Virginia, focusing on accounting, finance, management, and advertising, after earning a degree from Hampden-Sydney College and completing high school at The Collegiate School.
