Calseion Freeman

Calseion Freeman is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a Summer Associate at Strauss Massey Dinneen LLC since June 2025 and an Election Commissioner with Jefferson Parish Government since October 2019. Prior experience includes positions as a Paralegal at Edwin M. Shorty Jr. & Associates Law Firm and a Legal Assistant at H.L. Harper & Associates, both held from April to August 2024, as well as a Criminal Court Intern at New Orleans Criminal Court from January to May 2023. Calseion also gained experience as a Sales Specialist at Best Buy from October 2019 to April 2023 and participated in educational outreach as a Tulane Law LSAC PLUS member from May to December 2022. Additionally, Calseion has worked as a Campaign Intern for Councilwoman-Elect Kristin Gisleson Palmer in 2021 and contributed to the Center for American Women in Politics (CAWP) in the summer of 2021. Calseion Freeman holds a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School, expected in May 2027, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Tulane University, completed in May 2023.
