Allan Burman

Allan Burman is the President of Jefferson Solutions at Jefferson Consulting Group and has been a Fellow at the National Academy of Public Administration since 2003 and at NCMA since 1989. Burman served as the Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy at both the Office of Management and Budget from 1988 to 1993 and at OMB from 1988 to 1994. Educational credentials include a BA in Modern European History from Wesleyan University and studies as a Fulbright Scholar at the Institute of Political Studies in Bordeaux, France.
