Cory Hall

Cory Hall has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Cory started their career as a Parking Attendant at Burke Nursery in September 2008. Then, they worked as a Courtesy Clerk at Giant Food for three months before transitioning to Safeway, where they worked as a Courtesy Clerk for three years. In this role, they handled various tasks such as assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and working in a sales capacity.

In 2014, Cory joined Westwood College as an IT Student Worker and Library Student Worker. Cory provided IT support to students, assisted in troubleshooting computer problems, and tutored students in Cisco technologies. Additionally, they helped the librarian with IT tickets and completed reports based on tutoring sessions.

From 2015 to 2018, Cory worked at tiag® as a Help Desk Tier III representative at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. Cory researched, troubleshot, and resolved complex problems independently and provided desktop support to end-users. Cory also installed software, repaired hardware, and resolved technical issues.

In 2018, Cory joined Networking Technologies and Support, Inc. as a Desktop Support Specialist in the Radiology Department of UVA Medical Center. Cory provided desk-side and tier three support, troubleshooting and resolving Windows-related issues. Cory also wrote scripts in batch and PowerShell to automate common problem resolutions.

Currently, Cory is working at Jefferson Technology since December 2019 as an Information Technology Consultant. Details about this role are not provided.
