Erika Maria Hapa

Erika Maria Hapa APCC, PPS, currently serves as a Wellness Counselor for Jefferson Union High School District, advocating for students facing academic barriers related to social and emotional needs. With experience as a School Counseling Intern at Gateway High School, Erika provides comprehensive support, co-facilitates college and career workshops, and collaborates with families to meet student needs. As a Behavioral Health Trainee at Daly City Youth Health Center, Erika conducts various counseling sessions and develops treatment plans. Previous roles include school counseling observership at Jefferson Elementary School District, coordination of educational volunteer programs at St. Anthony Foundation, and service as an Americorps Member with City Year. Erika holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of California, Davis.
