Michelle Search, CPA, serves as the National Practice Leader for Finance & Accounting and National COE Leader for Technical Accounting at Jefferson Wells USA since 2004, contributing expertise in project consulting, integrated resourcing, and executive search solutions within professional services. Additionally, Michelle holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Freedom Service Dogs of America, an organization dedicated to pairing individuals in need with custom-trained assistance dogs. Michelle has held various leadership roles including Global Practice Director at the Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Center of Expertise, and has also been involved with the boards of organizations such as Susan G. Komen® Colorado. Previous experience includes senior managerial positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Golden Star Resources Ltd., and Deloitte & Touche. Academic qualifications include a BSBA in Accounting & Finance from Questrom School of Business at Boston University and executive education from Harvard Business School focused on corporate directorship.
