Cassandra Wright

Cassandra Wright is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in HR operations and strategy. At Jefferson, from March 2018 to February 2024, Cassandra held multiple senior titles including Senior Vice President of HR Operations, where responsibilities encompassed HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations/labor relations. Prior to this, Cassandra served as Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Strategy, and as Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier career highlights include tenures at Independence Blue Cross as Manager of Employee Relations and Senior Human Resource Business Partner, where Cassandra developed employee relations models and provided strategic HR consultancy. Cassandra began the HR journey at Methodist Hospital Division under Thomas Jefferson University Hospital as HR Manager, managing diverse HR activities. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management obtained from Eastern University in 2008.
