Charlotte Formont

Charlotte Formont currently serves as Legal Counsel at JEITO since June 2022. Previously, Charlotte worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from January 2017 to June 2022, initially as an Associate focusing on Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity, and earlier as a legal intern in the same areas. Additional legal internship experiences include positions at Bredin Prat, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, Meyer Fabre Avocats, Viguié Schmidt, and Vivien & Associés, with a focus on corporate law, litigation, and arbitration. Charlotte holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat from EFB, and a Master's degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po, where a Bachelor's degree was also obtained.
