Mirelle Hampel

Mirelle Hampel currently serves as Diretora de operações at Jeitto since April 2023, overseeing customer experience, operations, legal operations, governance, and strategic projects. Previously, Mirelle was Chief Operations Officer at Clicksign, where responsibilities included enhancing internal operational structures and compliance strategies, achieving ISO 9001 certification, and significantly improving information security maturity. As CHRO at Qsaúde, Mirelle developed talent acquisition and diversity initiatives, leading to notable increases in employee satisfaction and efficiency. Mirelle has also held key roles at KOIN, QuintoAndar, Natura Cosméticos, and Megatur LTDA, demonstrating expertise in operational strategy, team leadership, and organizational culture transformation. Education includes an MBA from FGV and a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco.
