Hendri Karisma

Hendri Karisma is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in research and development, data analytics, and software engineering. Currently serving as Principal R&D at Akar Inti Data since October 2022, Hendri leads the development of an advanced data marketplace platform. Previously, as Technical Lead at Finantier, Hendri managed platform-related technical operations, including encryption and credit scoring systems. During a lengthy tenure at Blibli.com from December 2015 to February 2022, Hendri advanced through roles from Senior Software Development Engineer to Principal R&D Engineer, contributing significantly to AI and developer experience initiatives. Additional experience includes data science at PT. Starlabs Global Teknologi and software engineering roles at PT. Midtrans and Universitas Komputer Indonesia, where Hendri also served as a lecturer. Hendri holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from Universitas Komputer Indonesia.
