Philip Clemmons

Philip Clemmons serves as President and CEO of C&C - Elk River and Jelco since November 2020, and also holds the position of President at Elk River. Philip has been President and CEO of J. E. Lortie, Co. (Jelco) since 2008. A distinguished military career includes service as a Military Officer in the US Army from 1985 to 2015, with key roles such as Army Attache for the United States Department of Defense and Deputy Division Chief at the Defense Intelligence Agency. Education includes a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, a Master of Science in International Relations from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
