Jorge Pagan

Jorge Pagan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at JELD-WEN, Inc. since May 2019, Jorge Pagan specializes in recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and employee development. Previously, as HR Manager at NuVasive, Jorge Pagan led the Global Process Transformation Group and implemented key HR policies. Experience also includes serving as HR Director at Zimmer Biomet and Pall Life Sciences, overseeing multiple HR functions and strategic planning. Earlier in their career, Jorge Pagan held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Boston Scientific, focusing on process improvement and operations management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Management System and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
