Kathryn Caspar

Kathryn Caspar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kathryn is currently the VP of Operations for North America Doors at JELD-WEN, which they started in April 2023. Previously, they were the VP and GM of Interior Doors at the same company from August 2020 to May 2023.

Before JELD-WEN, Kathryn worked at Cree Lighting as the VP of Product Marketing for Indoor products from June 2017 to August 2020.

Kathryn also had an extensive tenure at Synapse Wireless, where they held various leadership positions. Kathryn was the Vice President and General Manager of Lighting Solutions from March 2015 to June 2017. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of the Wireless Lighting Controls and Solutions group, overseeing sales, marketing, and product development from October 2013 to March 2015.

Kathryn also worked at Eaton's Cooper Lighting, starting as a Division MVP Specialist in January 2005. Kathryn took on roles such as S&OP Demand Manager, Marketing Product Manager, and Director of Marketing and Product Management, Consumer Products during their time there. Their responsibilities included managing marketing teams, developing sales strategies, and implementing process improvements.

Before Cooper Lighting, Kathryn worked at Cooper Tools as an MVP Specialist and at Cooper Industries as part of the Operations Leadership Program, where they held roles such as Production Planner and Supervisor.

Kathryn Caspar obtained an MBA in Business from Auburn University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Engineering, specializing in Industrial and Systems, also at Auburn University from 1998 to 2001.
