Mike Leon serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at JELD-WEN, Inc., overseeing a global team of over 325 professionals across various financial functions and leading the Enterprise Risk Management function. Prior to this role, Mike was the Chief Accounting Officer at Sealed Air Corporation, where contributions included leading an acquisition integration, developing a global accounting Shared Service Center strategy, and supporting Treasury functions.
