Rachael Elliott

Rachael Elliott is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and President of North America at JELD-WEN, Inc. since October 2025, Rachael previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Ashley Furniture Industries from June 2022 to October 2025. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Masonite® from January 2020 to June 2022, Senior Director of Operations at Walmart eCommerce from January 2018 to January 2020, and General Manager at Amazon from January 2016 to January 2018. Rachael holds a Master's Degree in Workforce Training and Development with an emphasis on Occupational Safety and Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering, both from The University of Southern Mississippi.
