Shannon Messing

Shannon Messing has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shannon started their career at Rotech Healthcare as a Senior Lawson Administrator, where they were responsible for daily operations and improvements of the Lawson enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Shannon then worked at The Revere Group as a Project Manager and Technical Specialist, where they provided consulting services for technology implementation and process improvement.

Next, Shannon joined Bank of America and held various roles, including Senior Change Manager, Online/Mobile Channel Manager, and Process Design & Operations Manager. Shannon managed projects, implemented technology strategies, and improved operational efficiencies within the organization.

In 2017, Shannon founded Align 3 Consulting, providing business consulting services to help companies reach their full potential. Shannon later joined Mavendog, LLC as the Vice President and Practice Area Lead, where they oversaw the implementation of HR technology capabilities for a global manufacturing company.

Currently, Shannon is working at JELD-WEN, Inc., first as a Global Program Manager and then as a PMO Director, before transitioning to their current role as a Sr. Director of IT, where they serve as a business partner and leads the IT PMO.

Overall, Shannon has a strong background in project management, process improvement, and technology implementation, with a focus on driving business growth and efficiency.

Shannon Messing earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Shannon obtained a Green Belt with Design for Six Sigma certification from Bank of America in 2006.
