Vidya Ganesh

Vidya Ganesh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information security and identity management, currently serving as Sr Director and Deputy CISO at JELD-WEN, Inc. since June 2025. Before this role, Vidya worked at The AES Corporation as Director of Identity and Access Management from September 2022 to June 2025 and held multiple positions at Farmers Insurance, including Information Security Programs Director and Senior Identity and Access Management Program Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Wells Fargo, St. Jude Medical, Texas Comptroller’s Office, Allergan Inc, Beckman Coulter, Verizon Wireless, and Boost Mobile. Vidya holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Griffith University and is certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), SCRUM Master, and as a Scrum Certified Product Owner, with a continuous commitment to professional development.
