Stephen Fairey

Stephen provides financial expertise and business mentoring support to Jellagen. As a private investor in several companies including biotech startups he is aware of the financial fiduciary and reporting standards required by both private and fund investors. He has extensive experience and knowledge in financial matters and has held posts as financial controller and internal auditor in mutli-national corporations. As a business owner he has extensive experience in setting up, building and operating a successful company.

Stephen is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants, has a Masters Degree in Business Analysis and B.A. (Hons) in Economics and Business Finance He was employed in the Treasury Department of Chrysler, the Financial Department of Texas Instruments (Gsi) and for 30 years has run his own business in the Engineering Consultancy sector.

Stephen was appointed Jellagen Board Observer in 2014. In April 2018 , he was appointed Chief Financial Officer and is member of the Executive Committee.
