Elske van Putten

Elske van Putten is an experienced professional in public health and development sectors, currently serving as Projectleider statushouders & preventief adviesgesprek and Preventiewerker at Jellinek since April 2017. Responsibilities include implementing preventive interventions aimed at reducing health issues related to alcohol and drugs, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs. Previously, Elske worked at Aids Fonds, supporting grant management and advocacy efforts for international health initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at UMC Utrecht, as a junior consultant for Rutgers, and an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherlands. Elske holds a Master of Science in Medical Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Amsterdam, a Master of Science in Advanced Masters in International Development from Radboud University, and an undergraduate degree in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology from Utrecht University. Educational pursuits also include a certificate from University Sains Malaysia.
