From October 2014 to April 2019, Crispin was the Sales Manager at Agentur Dees, and before that, served as Area Sales Manager at Ben Sherman Group Ltd. from July 2013 to September 2014. Crispin's career commenced as Assistant Store Manager and Sales Manager at Bungalow GmbH & Co. KG from November 2008 to June 2013.
