Dean Triplett

Dean Triplett has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Logistics Analyst and Supervisor for Target, where they managed 3rd party logistics providers and implemented new facilities. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Manager of Transportation Finance and Imports, leading a team through multiple system implementations. From 2013 to 2016, Dean was the Manager of Fulfillment for Target.com and Mobile, where they developed the "Ship to Store" program. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain for Drop Ship Operations. In 2018, Dean became the Director of Supply Chain at Target, responsible for supplier management and cost negotiations. Dean then joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2021 as the Director of Ecommerce Operations, where they built and implemented the company's first eCommerce business platform. Dean is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Jellycat since September 2023.

Dean Triplett obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northern State University from 1996 to 2000. In addition, Dean has acquired additional certifications including "SQL Essential Training" and "Six Sigma: White Belt" from LinkedIn, both obtained in 2023.
