Paramjeet Sanghera

Paramjeet Sanghera is the Chief Technology Officer at Jellyfish. Paramjeet has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on digital marketing and advertising. Prior to joining Jellyfish, they were the SVP of Technology at iCrossing, a global digital marketing agency, for nearly 9 years. During their time at iCrossing, they were a key member of the executive leadership team and helped the company grow significantly. Paramjeet also served as executive sponsor on strategic accounts, developed technology-agnostic strategies, created roadmaps, and provided insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their short- and long-term business goals.

Major accomplishments during their time at iCrossing include building and leading the national technology services group, directing technology implementations of high profile projects, and establishing best-in-class delivery processes. Paramjeet also introduced training/mentoring programs for skill improvement, restructured and optimized the technology group towards profitability, and selected near-shore and offshore vendors. In addition, they crafted a Technology Center of Excellence; a new strategic unit within the technology services group to drive innovation. Under their leadership, the company opened innovation labs in Los Angeles and Reston. Finally, they built partnership programs with Microsoft, HP, Sitecore, Ektron, Adobe, Alfresco, IBM and others.

Paramjeet Sanghera has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from American University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi University.
