Matthieu Sida

Matthieu Sida serves as the Chief Happiness Officer at Jellysmack since 2021, focusing on improving quality of life at work, managing an annual budget of 300K€, organizing events, directing various clubs, and overseeing merchandising and facilities. Previously, Matthieu held the position of Guest Relations Manager at JO&JOE from 2019 to 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experience and managing a team during the launch of the group's first hostel. Experience also includes co-founding YŌKAÏ, where project management and communication strategies were key, as well as managing teams at The Yak Hostel, handling recruitment and budget management. Matthieu’s early career featured roles at Pimp My Team and the Bureau des nuls, with leadership and event organization being central to these positions. Matthieu holds a Master's degree in Communication & Management from NEOMA Business School and has participated in exchange programs in Austria and China.
