Richard Peters

Richard Peters is an experienced software architect with a strong background in automotive connectivity, IoT, and embedded systems. Richard currently serves as the Lead Software Architect for telematics at jember GmbH, focusing on connectivity solutions for an OEM in Munich. Prior to this, Richard held significant roles at ITK Engineering as a Software Architect and Engineer, leading projects in energy monitoring and multiple automotive applications. Richard also has a foundation in academia as a lecturer at HTW Berlin, teaching advanced subjects in algorithms, distributed systems, and PCB design. Furthermore, Richard has entrepreneurial experience as the founder and CTO of Meise & Peters GbR, developing an IoT sensor and actuator platform. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, as well as a Diplom-Musiker in Horn from Hochschule für Musik Berlin.
