Founded in 1988, JEME Bocconi is the first Italian Junior Enterprise. Operated by a team of Bocconi students, JEME offers management consulting services, including business and marketing plans, as well as market analyses. The strategic solutions are delivered both on a national and international scale, reaching also clients located beyond Italian borders. The team is composed of 43 Associates. Our consultants are carefully selected from a pool of over 450 candidates each year, and they gain unparalleled exposure to various industries through teamwork in consulting projects and training sessions. Throughout years of constant growth, JEME has worked with top-ranked consulting firms and a large variety of companies including startups, SMEs, multinationals, investment funds and legal firms, operating in a wide spectrum of industries. Today, JEME’s Alumni network counts over 500 professionals from all over the world (42% is currently abroad), mostly working in MBBs and holding managers or C-level positions. Some of the most supporting Alumni have also joined our Advisory Board, a team of 12 professionals coming from academic and economic excellence who advise the Associates on long-term strategies and operations. JEME also relies on strong relationships with other Junior Enterprises, particularly those included in the European Confederation (JEE) and the Italian Confederation (JE Italy) network. In the national scenario, JEME was awarded as the First Italian Junior Enterprise in 2022. The community of Junior Enterprises ensures continuous innovation and commitment to excellence through mutual collaboration and best-practices sharing to always meet clients’ needs. In 2023, JEME finalized its legal transition to ETS, becoming an Impresa Sociale. This change mirrors JEME’s mission, fostering the professional and personal growth of its Associates, and formalizes its responsibility of creating added value for its members, clients, and society as whole.
