Andrew Kozicz

Andrew Kozicz is currently an Associate at JEN Partners, focusing on underwriting and researching investment opportunities in US residential land. Prior to this, Andrew worked as a Junior Associate at Whitman | Peterson, with responsibilities in acquisitions and asset management for various platforms. Additionally, Andrew gained experience in capital markets as an intern at HFF, and as an Investment and Development intern at Riverside Resources. Andrew also served as a Student Manager/Bullpen Catcher at The University of Texas at Austin while completing their Bachelor's degree in Finance with a Certificate in Real Estate at Texas McCombs School of Business. Andrew also holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Upper Canada College.
