Joe Hayes

Joe Hayes currently serves as the Managing Director at Jencap since December 2021. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Director at Wholesale Trading Insurance Services from September 2010 to December 2021, and served as VP at Crump Insurance from July 2005 to September 2010. Joe began a career in insurance as an Underwriter at Gen Re from 2003 to 2005. Joe holds a degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University and graduated from Ridgefield High School.
