John Vidal, LUTCF, MBA, is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter and Territory Sales Manager for Jencap since July 2021, John has a strong background in the insurance industry, demonstrated through previous roles such as Sales Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where responsibilities included managing a high-performance sales team. At Shelter Insurance, John directed operations in an $18 million territory and led a sales team while also serving as an insurance agent, responsible for daily operations and growth. Prior military experience as a Recruiter in the United States Army involved engaging with potential recruits and community networking.
