Kip Medendorp

Kip Medendorp is the current Director of Transportation at JENISON PUBLIC SCHOOLS. Prior to this, they held the position of Para Transit Operations Manager at Muskegon Area Transit System from January 2015 to August 2015. Kip has also been Transportation / Maintenance Director at Whitehall District Schools from July 2012 to December 2014, and Transportation Director at Whitehall District Schools / Reeths Puffer Schools from July 2009 to July 2012. Kip began their career in transportation at Whitehall District Schools in July 1988, where they served as Transportation Director for 21 years before taking on their current role.

Kip Medendorp has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Baker College of Muskegon and Associate's Degrees in Business Administration and Management and Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from Muskegon Community College.

They are on a team with Leslie Philipps - Assistant Superintendent, Peter DeGraaf - Director of Communications, and Amy Wierzbicki - Principal, Pinewood Elementary. Kip Medendorp reports to Brandon W. Graham, Superintendent.
