Rachel McIntosh

Rachel McIntosh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and community management. Currently serving as AVP, Voice of Customer at Jenius Bank since June 2023, Rachel has also contributed to Global Women in VC as a member since November 2022 and led programming initiatives at Startup Boston from January 2022 to October 2023. Previous roles include Community Manager at Venture Lane | Startup Hub, Operations and Logistics Specialist at Amazon, and Apprentice General Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Rachel's career began with a legal internship at Beard Legal Group and included positions in retail and e-commerce. Rachel holds a BBA in International Business and Marketing from Temple University, graduating with honors.
