Marina Richarte has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Her first role was as a Legal Counsel intern at Cabinet Blanchet, a law firm specializing in business law. Marina then moved to Cabinet Seyte, a law firm specializing in social law, where they held the same role. In 2010, they held a Legal Department Intern-Trademark Trainee role at AKERYS Promotion. In 2013, they were a Judicial Assistant at Evry First Instance Court. In 2014, they were a Legal Counsel in Industrial Property at ALLICI, an industrial property consulting firm. In 2015, they were a Business Developer Software-Patent at AULIVE. In 2018, they were a Business Developer at ORSYS. Currently, they are the Client Support Manager at Jenji, a fast growing startup based in Paris, France, where they are responsible for their expense management system.

Marina Richarte attained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole between 2006 and 2009. Marina then completed a Master's Degree in Business, Trade, and Tax Law at the same institution in 2010-2011. From 2011-2013, they attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne for Préparation CRFPA. Finally, they earned a Master's Degree from University Paris-Sud and Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris I) in 2013-2014.
