Jessica Macaluso has a significant work experience in the finance industry. Jessica started their career in 1999 at Prudential Investments, where they worked as a Quality Assurance and Project Manager for over 14 years. During their time there, they successfully onboarded multi-million dollar banks onto the Wealth Management platform and played a key role in designing and integrating a new Unified Managed Account (UMA) product. Jessica also managed and trained the Wealth Management QA group and ensured proper coordination between IT, business, and external clients.
