Louisa Bonny-Samaniego has a diverse work experience. Louisa began their career in 2008 as a Regional Recruiting Administrator at Enterprise Rent-A-Car before moving on to become a Regional Human Resources and Recruiting Assistant. In 2010, they joined Deutsche Bank as a Recruiting Coordinator and later became an HRIS Systems and Process Specialist.

In 2013, they joined Louis Vuitton as a Human Resources Coordinator and quickly moved up to become a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor and ultimately a Compensation & Benefits Manager.

Most recently, Louisa has been working at Jennison Associates LLC since 2015. Louisa started as an AVP, Sr. Compensation, Benefits and HRIS Associate, where they handled various HR functions such as leaves of absence, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Louisa implemented automated processes and improved the leaves administration system.

Louisa then became an AVP, Manager of Total Rewards, overseeing the company's total rewards program. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Director of Total Rewards and HRIS, where they continue to contribute to the company's total rewards strategy and lead HRIS operations.

Louisa Bonny-Samaniego has a BA degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
