Kathryn Grayson

Kathryn Grayson has extensive experience in franchise operations, having worked at Jenny Craig and JCI. Kathryn started as the Senior Director of Franchise Operations at Jenny Craig in 1995 and later took on the role of Field Market Director for North America in 2003. In 2007, they joined JCI as the Senior Director of Franchise Operations.

Kathryn Grayson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications/HRM from Texas A&M University-Commerce from 1987 to 1992.
