Jenny Kassan

Jenny Kassan has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Jenny is currently the co-founder and CFO of Opportunity Main Street, an organization that invests in community wealth building projects. Prior to this, Jenny owned The Kassan Group, where they helped mission-driven entrepreneurs with financing strategies and growth. Jenny also founded CrowdFund Main Street and served as the director and vice president of the Crowdfunding Professional Association. Additionally, Jenny has served as a city council member for the City of Fremont and was the president of Community Ventures. Jenny has also held roles in various legal and advisory positions, including their time at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Katovich & Kassan Law Group. Jenny was the CEO of Cutting Edge Capital and co-founder of the Sustainable Economies Law Center. Jenny'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in supporting entrepreneurs and promoting community investment.

Jenny Kassan holds a JD degree in Law from Yale Law School (1992-1995) and an MCP degree in City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley (1995-1998). Jenny also obtained a BA degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley (1986-1991). In addition, they have a certification in Corporate Finance Fundamentals from Berkeley Law Executive Education (obtained year unknown).
