Dr. Volker Hartmann has extensive work experience in various quality and management roles. Dr. Volker began their career at Infineon Technologies in 1999, where they served as Senior Manager of Quality Management until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Signet Solar as the Director of Quality and Safety, as well as the Sales Manager for Europe. Dr. Volker then joined Allied Vision Technologies, where they served as the Head of Quality and TQM & Compliance Manager from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they worked at IHI Charging Systems International GmbH as the Head of Quality and Deputy Plant Manager from 2014 to 2016.
