Cynthia Powers Broccoli has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Cynthia currently serves as the Managing Director of Distribution at Jensen Partners. Previously, they owned their own consulting company, CPB Consulting, LLC. Cynthia also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at PIMCO and as a Principal at Third Street Partners, a boutique executive search firm. Prior to that, they were an Executive Recruiter at Spencer Stuart, specializing in the asset management industry. Cynthia also served as the Manager of Administration/Human Resources at Trust Company of the West, a global asset management firm.

Cynthia Powers Broccoli pursued their undergraduate education at Boston College from 1989 to 1993. During this period of four years, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in English.
