Analytical Instruments segment provides nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus, electronic spin resonance devices, mass spectrometers, portable gas chromatograph, gas monitor analyzing devices and others. Measurement Inspection Machines segment offers electron scanning microscopes, scanning type probe microscopes, electron microscope peripherals and semiconductor breakdown analysis devices. Industrial Equipment segment includes electron-beam printing devices, built-in plasma guns and power supplies. Medical Equipment segment provides automatic analysis devices, clinical examination information processing systems and amino acid analyzers, among others.
