Carlos Lopez

Carlos Lopez is currently the IT Support Manager at JERA Americas since April 2023. With a background in cybersecurity and information assurance, Carlos has also worked as an IT Support Officer at Corporate Travel Management US from 2018 to 2020, and as an IT Support Specialist at NexTier from 2016 to 2017. With a solid educational foundation from Western Governors University and Microcomputer Technology Institute, Carlos has a wealth of experience in providing software and hardware support, implementing automation solutions, and reducing processing time for various IT operations.
