Karen Miao

Karen Miao is a Senior Director in Renewable Structuring at JERA Americas. With a background in renewable energy and environmental finance, Karen has experience underwriting tax equity investments in utility-scale solar, wind, storage, and fuel cell projects. Karen has also overseen pricing, due diligence, and contract negotiations for renewable energy projects, and developed solar and energy efficiency financing programs. With a strong educational background including an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, Karen has a wealth of experience in the renewable energy industry.
