Kimberly Randolph P.E., PMP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering, Procurement and Construction at JERA Americas since October 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly held several key positions at Xcel Energy from January 2017 to September 2024, including Vice President of Integrated System Planning - Conceptual Design and Planning and Vice President of Energy Supply - Projects. Kimberly also served as Project Director at IHI E&C International Corporation from 2014 to 2016 and was Vice President of Projects and Engineering at BP from 2006 to 2013. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business from the Texas McCombs School of Business, completion of the BP Projects & Engineering Academy in Project Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston.
