Executive Director, Rochester Southeast at Jeremiah Program

Ally Hanten Ebert is the current Executive Director of Rochester Southeast at Jeremiah Program. Ally has over 12 years of experience in management and nonprofit work. Ally has a passion for helping others and has dedicated their career to working with youth.

Ally started their career at United Action For Youth in 2009 as Acting Executive Director. Ally was responsible for the planning, organization, and direction of the company’s operations and programs. During their time at United Action For Youth, Ally led a collaborative annual budgeting process together with the board and staff, developed and implemented an annual operating plan, and oversaw the development of a comprehensive fundraising plan to ensure organizational stability.

In 2021, Ally transitioned to their current role as Executive Director of Rochester Southeast at Jeremiah Program. In this role, they are responsible for the overall management and operation of the organization. Ally works closely with the board of directors to ensure that services and funding relationships are robust enough to meet or exceed strategic goals and objectives. Additionally, they provide leadership to and manages the efforts of staff to ensure appropriate support of all departments.

Ally is committed to their work with youth and is always looking for ways to improve the lives of those they serve. Ally is an excellent leader and manager, with a proven track record of success in nonprofit organizations.

Ally Hanten Ebert has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Development and Family Science: Couple and Family Therapy from North Dakota State University. Ally also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from North Dakota State University. Ally is certified from The National Resource Center for Family Centered Practice/University of Iowa in Family Support Supervisor Certification and from National Council for Community and Behavioral Healthcare in Mental Health First Aid. Ally is also certified in Crime Victime Advocate from Victims of Crime Act.

Their manager is Chastity Lord, President & CEO. They are on a team with Michelle Mattson - Senior Executive Assistant to CEO & Board Liaison, Bonita Broadnax - Director of Housing & Operations, and Heather Asp - Director of Talent Management. Some direct reports include Charleen Huber - Operations Manager, Katie Ticho - Family Services Director.
