Heather Asp

Heather Asp is the current Director of Talent Management at Jeremiah Program. Heather has previous experience as National Director of Talent at Blue Learning and National Director of Staffing at IDEA Public Schools. Heather has a proven track record in building talent acquisition infrastructure, developing an employment brand strategy, and managing and developing a team of recruitment professionals. Heather is also skilled in designing training, tools, and processes to meet the needs of their users. Under their leadership, IDEA Public Schools exceeded their goal of 95% staffing across all regions. Heather is also passionate about DEI development and advises senior leaders on performance management analysis and succession planning.

Heather Asp has a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Tarleton State University and also has a degree in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute. Heather is certified from HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is also certified from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand as a Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator.

Their manager is Chastity Lord, President & CEO. They are on a team with Payal Seth - VP, Second Generation Programming, Bonita Broadnax - Director of Housing & Operations, and Jill Miller - VP, Campus Excellence.
